Is it me or is the turbo ment to cut in at about 2500 revs. Also seems like the turbo takes ages to cut in when in higher gears like 4th and 5th. any info would be appreciated.

Hi, new to this forum but was wondering if anyone can help with my problem. am currently repairing my sons 20v turbo and we have replaced the gear box and some other bits and pieces by removing engine subfame etc. Have put it back together and it wouldn`t start. traced fault to aftermarket alarm so removed that and it now fires but won`t run.
